Hi, I’m carrie lambert.

One of my most important roles in this life is being a wife to my loving and supportive husband and a mother to our two beautiful children. We own a small business that invites people to connect with nature, homeschool our children, and live on the land in the magical western Maine mountains.

I guide people in transforming their thoughts, emotions, and energy to reconnect with their true selves at a soul level. Often, societal expectations and past traumas shape our lives, creating unconscious narratives. By delving into these layers and releasing them, you can achieve greater peace and align with your authentic self. This process involves rediscovering and rewiring yourself to connect with your inner light, enabling you to develop intuition, quiet your mind, overcome stagnation, uncover your soul's purpose, and embrace joy.

My own life has transformed profoundly through this work, and now I’m dedicated to supporting others on their healing journeys. My mission is to help people grow spiritually and elevate their consciousness. This is achieved through quieting the mind, guided imagery, intuitive life coaching, and Akashic Records readings. By shifting your thoughts, perceptions, and energy, you can ultimately transform your life.

THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ME

I was born with a congenital heart defect, but it never held me back from leading an active life. At 26, I went for a routine checkup, expecting the usual reassurance. Instead, I ended up undergoing open-heart surgery just three months later. The surgery was a success, in the doctor’s eyes, in terms of my physical health. However, I have spent many years healing from the emotional, spiritual, and energetic wounds caused by the heart condition, surgery and related procedures. If you are suffering from or working through health anxiety and/or medical trauma, I can help!

I love the natural world and the simple pleasures of life. I love clean food, water, air, scents, and products I use on my body.

In 2022, my life shifted dramatically. Up until then, I had followed the traditional path: I went to college, studied hard, and earned good grades. I had a stable job, a beautiful home, and what appeared to be a wonderful life. Despite having everything I thought I wanted, something felt off. I was being guided to align with my soul’s purpose. I made the bold decision to quit my job, sell my house and most of my belongings, and move to the Maine woods with my family to start a new business and way of life. Adapting to this new environment required me to quickly acquire a range of new skills. I taught myself how to drive an F250, operate a tractor, and handle a UTV. I took on small construction projects, cultivated a vegetable garden and, most importantly, learned how to connect with and listen to the land. Each new skill contributed to my ability to thrive in this self-sufficient lifestyle and deepen my connection with my new surroundings. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and it has deeply influenced my approach to life and work.

I was called to visit Peru in 2023 and sit with the beautiful plant medicine, Ayahuasca. The medicine was served by Shipibo maestros, one of the oldest carriers of Ayahuasca medicine. I prepared for this journey for months and then spent many months integrating the lessons learned once I returned home. It was a truly transformative experience and one of the reasons why I started this business.

My love for nature drives me to take full advantage of the changing seasons in Maine, though I admit to avoiding mud and black fly season. In summer, I love swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and putting my feet in the sand. Fall brings hiking and campfires, while winter is for skiing, a new skill I’ve been practicing for the past few years. In spring, I focus on working on the land.

Dance is a passion of mine. I started dancing when I was 2 ½ and danced competitively through high school and college. I now dance for the trees.

I am a certified Intuitive Guide and Akashic Records Reader, having completed an extensive training program. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Maine and built a 15-year career in Human Resources, specializing in coaching, conflict resolution, and engagement.
